Philosophy/Spirituality
I know that there is a divine force much greater than any or all of us. There is a source field or sacred matrix from which this entire three-dimensional universe was birthed and formed. In our sessions, I invite us to tap into that profound matrix, within which lies unlimited potential for healing and for creation.
In that deeper or more expanded place, we are all intimately interconnected. The distinction between you and me becomes much less important as the sacred We pervades our awareness and allows us to explore our interconnectedness while still maintaining a sense of our beautiful uniqueness.
I always invoke my higher and inner guidance and that of those I’m working with while opening to this sacred force. I trust that our guides will dance with us in whatever way best serves you, me, and all of us.
The shadows and hidden places both within us and outside of us are here as teachers, if we allow them to be that for us. They can be incredibly challenging, yet when we welcome them as powerful and empowering allies, we naturally step ever more fully into our wholeness.
As we muster the courage to face and engage with our own deepest shadows, it becomes ever easier to experience life as a great adventure. We learn to dance with ever more joy and grace with both the shadows and the light.
I will do my best to hold and honor whatever shadows are ready to be revealed so that you might step ever more fully into the brilliant being of light that you are.
